Sarah Hayes and Acupuncture Northwest have been game changers for me. I came to Sarah with acute back pain from an injury which she worked on through acupuncture and herbs. This not only got rid of the back pain but also addressed other symptoms of inflammation in my body. Sarah is an amazing practitioner who is a great listener and offers a lot of choice. I really appreciate that we are partnering to work on my health goals whether it is better sleep and digestion to regulating mood and hormones. I highly recommend acupuncture northwest!
