Easy Chicken Breast Marinade
Here is a very simple and delicious chicken breast marinade Sarah’s mom often uses to marinade chicken before grilling it. Great for summer time grilling.
Servings: 4 (8 oz servings)
2 skinless chicken breasts
½ cup lemon juice
¼ cup olive oil
1 clove garlic minced or chopped
½ teaspoon oregano
½ teaspoon basil
½ tsp parsley
*You can easily substitute some of the herbs here and try other combinations of either fresh or dried herbs.
1) Simply combine these 6 ingredients and mix well in a zip lock bag or bowl
2) Poke two skinless chicken breasts serveral times with a fork and place in marinade
3) Place covered or sealed chicken marinade in the fridge at least 3 hours
4) Grill or roast your chicken breasts and voila!
